Here are answers to some common questions

  • "How do I know the item is Authentic?"

    All items have a 100% Authenticity Guarantee.  We inspect all products. We have sold over 1220 Authentic designer Luxury goods on eBay and Poshmark. Feel free to contact us and we can refer you to an excellent selection of online authenticators. Send photos of the item you are interested into the authenticator to authenticate it if that makes you more comfortable prior to purchase!

    Simply just add this option to your cart and we will be happy to do it for you.

    If you purchase this option with your item, we will send you an email with a certificate of authentication.


    ProAuthenticators is an excellent and confidential service.  This third-party company can help you if you are an individual buyer or reseller or even a consignment place.  They provide proof of authenticity which can be used in many different forms, as to open a claim against fraud, provide proof against false claims, or just to have proof that item is authentic with your purchase to make your shopping more enjoyable!


  • "Do you have the receipt ?"

    Unfortunately we do not. We are in resale market. It is not our personal collection.

  • "International Shipping"

    We do not currently ship outside the United States.

  • Is a signature required upon deliver?

    In order to help ensure the the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon deliver for all orders over $100.

  • Do You Offer Layaway?

    We do offer an in-house layaway plan. We have a couple of different payment plan options to choose from at checkout.

  • "How did you get started"

    We started in June 2019 selling through Poshmark and eBay. After reaching more happy customers, we decided to create a more professional business and expand Vera Vesca with our new website.

  • Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?

    Yes, we take detailed images of every product that we sell. We do our best to provide images of areas of wear for a pre-owned item

  • Have Your Items Been Cleaned or Conditioned?

    We are happy to announce our partnership with Before & After Handbag Spa.

    Every item from Vera Vesca has been professionally cleaned without compromising the integrity of the item. Our handbag spa takes special care not to overclean delicate areas such as straps and interiors,  as well as conditioning the leather to avoid dryness and cracking.
