TERMS & CONDITIONS

REPAYMENT PLAN. To satisfy the Amount Owed, the Debtor agrees to repay the Creditor under the following terms: 

Down-Payment . The Debtor shall pay a down payment in the amount of S150.00 or more of non refundable deposit that goes toward the total price of your item .

Interest Rate. The Amount Owed shall not bear interest.

Repayment Period. The Debtor shall re-pay the Creditor on the Friday of each week . Only PayPal.

Shipping: Flat rate : $20

LATE PAYMENT. Remaining balance in accordance to the agreement.

The Debtor agrees to pay remaining balance within 2-6 weeks from the date of invoice. The payment plan due date is firm. It is the buyers responsibility to keep track of their payment plan. A $20 a week late fee applies up to 2 weeks, (day 1 late, day 8 late) and then the item is relisted and any surplus payment outside of the deposit and late fees will be refunded.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS. All fees, including but not limited to late fees and abandoned deposits are not refundable for any reason. Should these terms and conditions be dishonored for any reason, the buyer agrees to forfeit the non-refundable deposit and  will be issued a partial refund of all amounts paid outside of the deposit and late fees.

If the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise for any reason, they must contact the Vera Vesca for return authorization instructions within 3 DAYS of the delivery of their purchase. Return does not apply to NEW , UNUSED items.

To the nature of our business and the products we sell, any item bought as a NEW is not subject to return or exchange for a refund under any condition.

The buyer is purchasing this bag “AS IS”. A refund or exchange will be issued only AFTER the merchandise is received by the originating Vera Vesca store. All merchandise MUST be returned the same condition they were purchased from us with no missing if included (dustbag, box, lock, key, etc.) 

 If item is approved for return, buyer will be refunded upon the receipt, processing and inspection of the item. Refunds will not include any original domestic or international shipping costs, including customs and taxes. Vera Vesca reserves the right and may apply 20% restocking fee to ALL items.

Free Gift will not apply to users using payment plan.

Vera Vesca will be shipping with Signature Confirmation Delivery. Creditor will ship the item to the address on files ONLY !
