Online Sale, Shipping & Return Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the merchandise purchased online, for any reason, they must contact Vera Vesca  for return authorization instructions within 3 DAYS of the delivery of their online purchase. ***


The customer is required to pay all return charges, except in the instance of damage that occurred during shipment.

The refund of the original purchase will be for the amount of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded except in the case of product damage that occurred during shipment.

A refund or exchange will be issued only AFTER the merchandise is received by the originating Vera Vesca store. All merchandise MUST be returned exactly how they were purchased from us with no missing pieces. (dustbag, box, lock, key, etc.) 


 If your item is approved for return, the buyer will be refunded upon the receipt, processing, and inspection of the item. The item MUST be returned in the same, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us within 3 - 5 days after the request is approved by Vera Vesca.


Vera Vesca reserves the right to charge a 9% to 12% restocking fee and will apply to ALL items.


*** to the nature of our business and the products we sell, any item bought as a NEW is not subject to return or exchange for a refund under any condition.



Hot Stamping

Any item purchased with a personalized initial stamp can not be returned or exchanged.



Shipping:

Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs Vera Vesca. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.


International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship outside the United States



Order Tracking

Tracking number will be sent to your email used at checkout. Please note, tracking information is sent when the label is created. It may take 1-2 business days before the item is picked up and begins tracking.

​Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. For security purposes, billing and shipping address must match at checkout.




Signature Required
All orders are defaulted to ship with signature required due to the value of our items. To request shipping without a signature required please waive the signature requirement. By waiving the signature, the buyer accepts the full financial responsibility for the item after the package leaves the Vera Vesca facility.



 Additional Shipping Insurance Policy

Purchases from Vera Vesca are not covered with shipping insurance and Vera Vesca is not responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are happy to offer you full shipping insurance at an additional cost through the carrier. We recommend additional mailing insurance on all items bought and or with any purchased from both payment plans and or items sold directly off our website at veravesca.com . Vera Vesca is not responsible for the replacement or refund of your item and will be at your cost of a replacement. By purchasing with Vera Vesca, without additional shipping coverage insurance, you are agreeing that you understand these terms listed above. The insurance we offer is through the carriers and is used in instances such as lost or damaged items during transit.




Lost or Damages

Vera Vesca LLC is not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 



 Returned Package

 If a package comes back to Vera Vesca due to an incomplete address or buyer refusing a delivery. That return shipping is billed to the customer.

Vera Vesca reserves the right to charge a 8% to 10%  fee and will apply to ALL items to cover payment processor fees. 






We do not ship to PO. Box address or any business address. Is is to protect Vera Vesca, LLC against any attempt to commit FRAUD.

Any attempt to commit FRAUD, FRAUDULENT CLAIMS or any illegal business conduct will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the  local, state and federal law.

Vera Vesca, LLC reserves the right to collect payments associated with litigation by any possible means, including but not limited to criminal prosecution, civil lawsuit and collection.
